AWARDS &RECOGNITIONMilestones
Awards are not the goal of the journey. They are markers of commitment — moments when organizations, teachers, events and communities recognized Cadu's participation, learning and contribution.
RECOGNITION BUILT THROUGH PARTICIPATION
Each milestone reflects a different part of Cadu's development: environmental awareness, communication, education, sport, discipline and the ability to transform learning into something that can be shared with other people.

Ocean Ambassador
During São Paulo Ocean Week 2024, Cadu was recognized as an Ocean Ambassador for his commitment to ocean protection and for using the project Salvando o Planeta com Cadu to communicate and share actions connected to the event and to the Pororoca movement.
This recognition connects Cadu's curiosity and communication work with a broader scientific and environmental movement — turning participation into responsibility and knowledge into outreach.

Special Participation Recognition
Cadu received special recognition for his participation in the 2025 Bienal do Lixo, where he took part with a presentation, presented the short film Missão Lixo Zero and launched the book Missão Lixo Zero together with its companion art book.
The moment represents the evolution of the project from environmental communication into original educational content: talk, film, book and creative activities connected by one mission.

Influence & Participation Recognition
The recognition celebrated Cadu's work in supporting the organization, communication and participation around Ocean Day at Escola Móbile. The event also became an opportunity to share environmental messages with the school community and present his short film Missão Lixo Zero.
This milestone is especially meaningful because the impact happened inside Cadu's own school community — showing how knowledge can move from personal learning into collective participation.
OTHER IMPORTANT MILESTONES
Not every recognition comes from environmental projects. Sports, discipline and academic development are also part of Cadu's journey.
Most Promising Player
Recognition awarded by Selwyn House School as Most Promising Player for the Bantam Tennis Team in 2026, highlighting Cadu's development, commitment and potential in tennis.
Canguru Sem Fronteiras
Silver Medal Certificate — 2025 in the mathematics competition organized by Canguru Sem Fronteiras, following an Honorable Mention Certificate — 2024 from the same organization.
Voice of the Oceans
Special recognition connected to the Earth Day 2024 tribute video, organized with Heloisa Schurmann of Voice of the Oceans, reinforcing the message of ocean protection and environmental awareness.
Belt Examination Progress
Recognition of Cadu's continued development through Taekwondo belt examinations, reflecting discipline, technical progression, consistency and commitment to martial arts.
A JOURNEY, NOT A TROPHY SHELF
The purpose of this page is not to collect awards for display. Each recognition helps document a stage of Cadu's development and the relationships built through education, sustainability, sport and family experiences. Together, they show continuity: learning something, participating, sharing it and creating positive impact.
RECOGNIZED FOR YOUTH-LED SUSTAINABILITY
The Honourable Anna Gainey
During my time in Canada, I had the opportunity to meet Anna Gainey and share some of the sustainability initiatives I have been developing, including the Green Leaders Club. She later highlighted the work on her social media, recognizing youth engagement in sustainability and environmental action.
